Winter Newsletter February 9, 2025

Happy winter, everyone! Conditions have been amazing! Nearly every slope is open, so there is something for everyone.

Be sure to check out our new table signs for our meeting place at North Peak!

Also, with all this ice and snow, it can get quit slick out there. Old ski boots  do not have not grips and can be dangerous. You can give them some traction by adding something like Gripwalk to the bottoms.

Important Dates!

Sunday Snowshoe  1:30 Bethel Community Forest305 North Road (on the right just past the concrete factory. There is a tiny sign that says “Trail Head”)One of our members showed me this amazing trail off North Road. It’s being developed by Inland Woods and will eventually go up Locke Mountain. It’s fairly flat and mostly woods. We can decide how far we want to go. There is plenty of parking and it’s plowed.
