But unfortunately we are getting closer to the end of this season…. March weather is always: Challenging? Surprising? Unsettled? How about CRAZY! From beach weather to mid-winter in a matter of Hours! Get your turns in while you can, closing weekend is PLANNED for 18-19 April.
Congratulations to the Prime Time Team (Heidi DeBlock, Hans Krahn, Dan Boudreau, Mark Beck) who WON the First Annual Kendall Team Trophy at the Legends Race at Black Mountain on March 6.
The End of Year Dinner! is coming up (March 26) at the Town and Country Inn and Resort (Shelburne, NH); Social Hour 5:30-6:30; Dinner 6:30-9:00. You can still sign up, but you must Pre-Pay by 18 March ($50 pp for members, $55 for non-members). Please make checks out to Prime Time Ski Club and deliver to a board member by 18 March.
Two sure signs that this season is winding down: Season Passes for NEXT YEAR are on Sale now until midnight, 2 April; get the best price now for next year. And the Sunday River Pond-A-Palooza is scheduled for 11:00 on 29 March at South Ridge; Always Entertaining!
Remember that when North Peak Lodge is closed and or the Chondola is not running, we meet on Non-Holiday weekdays at 10:10 AM in the Barker Lodge (to the left of the main entrance).
As always we are looking for ideas and help organizing and running Club Events. If you would like to organize and or lead a new activity or event, or have a great suggestion, we would love to hear from you; the Board Members can’t do it all, we need your help.
