Hello Fellow Prime Timers!
- Last call for Lobster/Chicken Bake prepaid dinner! Send your checks & entree choice ASAP, to Norm Schwartz (same address as below)
- dues for season 2024/2025. Make checks payable to Prime Time Ski Club, and mail to Prime Time Ski Club, PO box 856, Scituite, MA 02066.
- Super Seniors No payment needed. You do have to let a board member know you want to stay on membership list.
- Returning members Dues are $15.00 for the year, if received after October 1, $20.00….any changes to your contact info let us know
- Joined the club after March 1, 2024 No payment needed, your payment was credited for ski season 2024/2025.
- New Member A signed copy of the club membership form with $25.00 which covers for season 2024/2025 & your club name tag. Form on Prime Time website.

Thursday, September 19
Some people may arrive early for the weekend. Use this time to reconnect with your ski buddies and enjoy all there is in the area, informal hiking, biking, kayaking, ride the chondola to North peak and more.
Friday, September 20
10:00 am Kayaking – easy trip place to TBA.

11:00 am Apple Picking at Sparrowhawk Orchards on Grover Hill Rd in Bethel

This is a beautiful mountain top orchard with sweeping views towards Mt Mountains. There will be a Table available for picnic lunch

6:00 pm Pot luck. Jordan Owner’s Lounge second floor. Bring a favorite dish, appetizer or dessert to share, and BYOB. Bring a favorite story from your Summer adventures to share!
Saturday, September 21
9:00 am Hike at Chapman Brook on the North Rd in Bethel.

4 mile hike, moderate slope, scenic. Meet in the parking lot early enough to start hiking at 9AM.
5:30 pm Lobster/Chicken Bake prepaid dinner Happy hour starts at 5:30 PM, feasting begins at 6:15. BYOB
Location: Jack and Irene Kutcha’s home at 2203 Main St Hanover. We’ll have a tent, tables and chairs (which the club is paying) so weather won’t interfere with our Lobster/Chicken dinner. This is outside so dress accordingly. any questions contact suziecurves@myfairpoint.net or 207-712-6661

9:00 am Social at with coffee and donut at the Jordan Owners lounge second floor. You may also pays dues at this time
10:00 am Annual meeting . We will be voting in board members, sharing finances and events of note to club members. Charitable donations, Tremblant ski trip, ski lesson, more.
