Prime Time Ski Club end of year dinner

Sudbury Inn Bethel

March 21, 2019 5:30 – 8:30 pm

 

Come celebrate an outstanding ski season and see if you recognize your ski friends all cleaned up and without their helmets on. Reservations must be received by Thursday March 14th, 2019 (also a potluck day, so you may bring your payment and make food choices).  However, hurry as we are a victim of our success. Due to capacity issues we have to cap attendance at 75 people. First come, first served.

 

Menu

Hot and cold appetizer stations

Sudbury salad and rolls

Entree choices (choose one):

Pork Osso Bucco

A pork Shank braised then roasted until tender, topped with a mushroom pan sauce alongside mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.

Steak

Grilled to your liking alongside mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day.

Baked Haddock

Topped with a parmesan crumble alongside rice and vegetable of the day.

Dessert choice (choose one):

Creme Brulee

Ice Cream puff with the Sudburys to die for chocolate sauce
