Cathi spent extended time in Sicily this fall and is excited to share her experiences with us.
Cathi and you will be making fresh ricotta and using it throughout a full multi course dinner menu which will include fresh handmade pasta. We are going to be busy before we sit down to share and sample our handiwork.
$40 pp will include hands on class,take away materials and a multi course dinner. BYOB
This will be a hands on class limited to 10 members.
