Sunday 1/27/19 @ 5:30pm Prime Time heads to Le Mu Eats and Steam Mill Brewery

Steam Mill is the great new brewery in downtown Bethel (previously Bethel Bait and Tackle).  In their parking lot is Le Mu Eats, a new venture by Chef Sav — a fusion concept combining his Laotian heritage and classical culinary training.  The owners have a restaurant in South Paris and now serve great food on weekends out of this “blue shanty”. Order at the window and enjoy a beer or non-alcoholic beverage inside (you’ll be texted when your food is up).   Favorites include Porke bowl (pictured), Hot Noodz, Go Home Potatoes You’re Drunk, and Mu taco who dis? Dinners are $10 or $12. Pints at the brewery are $5. Plan on cash for the food truck, credit cards will work for beer. If you cannot commit until last minute come on down anyway!!!
