Over 30 club members braved the warm weather to participate in the first potluck of the season December 10th. As noted in the Newsletter just sent out, the next potluck is planned for January 14th along with a number of other activities: Game night January 20th, New Member Après Ski on January 21st, and the Go 50 Week Cinnamon Bun Social at North Peak Lodge on Monday January 25th. While snow may not be in the forecast, Sunday River’s snowmaking team is out there blasting away, trails are open, and lifts are running. The Stor-a-ski is open for business with a great discount for club members of $75 for the season, Corporate Vouchers are now available from Board Members, discounts with local businesses have been obtained for club members, and we are all going through our “to do” list: ski binding checks, registration of skis with SR Security, attaching information “In Case of Emergency” to clothing and accessories in the (hopefully unlikely) event of an accident, and so forth.
