POT LUCK
Our SEASON OPENING pot luck is December 12th at 5:30 at the home of Gerry & Jackie Bell (129 Paradise Rd, Bethel). Plan to carpool! The speaker at our Dec. meeting is Leigh Breidenbach speaking about injury prevention and attention to equipment. She taught at Sunday River, Univ. Maine Farmington (Ski Industry Program), and is now managing the ‘new’ Sport Thoma shop. Bring a dish for 6-8. RSVP to belljackie at roadrunner.com

CONTACT AUTHORIZATION FORM (below): Due December 15th. We are putting together the directory and need to know how you want your information shared among members. Send form below to Anita Haskell at 8 Ruch Lane, York, ME 02909 (explanation follows). We’ll have these at the Pot Luck.
Many members have requested more info (which was the case a few years ago). Members now have a choice to include ALL your contact information or remain with only the name and phone number. After the deadline (Dec. 15), a paper copy of the directory will be distributed at events (not on website) Default is name & phone. Many. There is NO Membership Directory ON OUR WEBSITE. My e-mails may’ list a phone, address, and/or e-mail for RSVP’s for an event. And we edit them out of Website after an event. We do not share info with anyone other than members.

Upon joining Prime Time, you received a membership card. KEEP THAT CARD since they are not issued every year. You may obtain a new membership card (at a fee of $5) Membership chair, Anita Haskell is in charge of cards.
WEBSITE
We ask all of you to visit our website; it may just become your go-to thing when waking up to go skiing! It has weather, mountain report (groomed, etc), photos and events for Prime Time, Sunday River, Bethel, etc.
