The Annual Prime Time Ski Club Fall Meeting will be held at the Jordan Grand owners quarters on Sunday, September 21st at 10:00 AM. The Board of Directors will review the prior year events, present a financial review and will hold an election of officers to lead the club starting on September 21, 2014.

In addition to the Sunday meeting, the weekend will include the following recreational options:

Friday:
Kayak or canoe with Nancy and Clarence Botting on the Saco River. Rentals are available or bring your own boat. Cost is $24 for a rental; $12 for a shuttle. (Contact Nancy and Clarence at 207-937-3215 or jrbotting@maine.rr.com.

Friday night – September 19th – we will hold a pot luck dinner at the Jordan Grand owner’s quarters, 2nd floor at 5:30. BYOB and a dish to share.

Saturday:
Golf at the Norway Country Club @ 9:00 AM. Cost is $25-$40 for either 9 or 18 holes. This is a scramble match Lunch is available for purchase at the clubhouse. (contact Terri Messer @ tmesser@aol.com or 207-671-0715)

Hike with Linda Horowitz and Ken Hoch (contact them at 207-647-2767 or lindaandken@myfairpoint.net) A mountain hike is planned at Albany Mountain. Bring lunch, snack, water, layering clothing, hiking poles if used, sunscreen & hat.

Cycling with Steve and Lee Smith (contact them at 207-824-3491 or e-mail Lee at lee@lacapra.com or Steve at steve @ stsmith@pegus.com) They plan two biking options depending upon interest and duration.

Saturday night we will enjoy a traditional Maine Lobster Bake with a non-lobster meal option. Members Jack and Irene Kuchta have very graciously allowed the use of their property in Hanover for this dinner. We’ve rented a tent with lights, tables and chairs for the feast. There are two options for dinner choices. Please be aware that sunset on the 20th of September is at 6:45, twilight is at 7:15 so we will plan on meeting @ 5:00 PM for happy hour and begin dining at 6:00 PM. This is a BYOB event……………

Dinner Option #1 Seafood chowder (shrimp, scallop and haddock), 1 1/4 # lobster, steamed clams, corn on the cob, potato, salad, rolls/butter, blueberry cake $37 pp.

Dinner Option #2 Grilled chicken breast, grilled veggies, corn on the cob, potato, salad, rolls/butter, blueberry cake $26 pp.

RESERVATIONS FOR FOOD CHOICE #1 OR #2 MUST BE MADE WITH SUZIE BY SEPTEMBER 1ST. NO SUBSTITUTIONS BETWEEN THE OPTIONS IS ALLOWED. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTION!!!!!

Bethel’s Harvest Fest is occurring over this same weekend so plan to take in the food and craft tables set up on the common as well as live entertainment.
